What is mood disorder and how to avoid it

If you get irritated at silly things, if you can’t face rejection, if small emotional problems disturb you a lot, then you may suffer from mood disorder. Some more symptoms of mental disorder are that you need extra attention, you go quiet or talkative all of a sudden, your relations are not longer, etc. if you feel that whenever your mood is disturbed, you feel headache, then it is a matter about to worry. Now here are some solutions for mental disorder. First of all, notice that this problem can have disastrous results, so it’s better to cure earlier.  When you feel anxiety, stop and do self analysis. Think that you can solve the problem easily. Try to limit the effects of your bad mood. Don’t make mood disorder your style. Try to find solutions for typical situations and if you can’t, just stay quiet. Do workout, try dieting and feel happy
